Oncology Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Case Manager (8:30AM - 5PM EST Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor changes in health for members diagnosed with cancer
• Coordinate care transitions and educate members and caregivers about their diagnosis and treatment
• Assist with administrative projects and communicate feedback to improve service offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and an unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in oncology nursing or case management
• Certification as a Certified Case Manager (CCM) required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Willingness to learn and use new technologies relevant to the role
