Qualifications and Desired Skills
- At least 10 years of experience in financial performance improvement with healthcare providers, including 4+ years in a management role
- Experience in workforce/labor productivity assessments and implementations
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)
- Strong people leader with the ability to develop team capabilities
