Online Adjunct Faculty - Literacy Education

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Adjunct Faculty for ED 460: Literacy in the Content Areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor students and facilitate teaching and learning in an online environment
• Develop and implement instructional strategies to support literacy development for all students
• Integrate young adult literature and evidence-based practices into course content

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree or higher in Education or a closely related field
• Professional experience in a related field is desired
• Recent or current work experience with struggling readers, dyslexic students, or English language learners is ideal
• Online and/or classroom teaching experience is helpful but not necessary
• Must hold and be worthy to hold a temple recommend
