A company is looking for an Online Strength And Conditioning Coach.
Key Responsibilities
- Design individualized strength training programs based on client goals and available resources
- Provide expert form analysis and technique coaching through video review and messaging
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting programming as needed
Required Qualifications
- NCCA accredited certification, with preference for CSCS or NSCA-CPT
- 1+ years of experience in online coaching
- Understanding of proper exercise techniques for primary weight training exercises
- Experience working with diverse populations and varying fitness levels
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
