Key Responsibilities
- Assess and enhance the information repository for disability and leave management
- Develop strategies for organizing and maintaining documentation and operational resources
- Create comprehensive communication strategies for product launches and ongoing support
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in operations, process management, or technical writing
- Strong knowledge of disability and leave programs (e.g., FMLA, STD/LTD)
- Experience with knowledge management platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally
- Familiarity with compliance standards in disability and leave programs is preferred
