Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Safety Analyst to join their team in reviewing and analyzing online activity of K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze student activity to identify intervention needs related to safety and well-being
• Communicate important information to emergency contacts within school districts
• Record and maintain concise notes regarding incidents in Salesforce CRM

Required Qualifications

• Experience in crisis management, child advocacy, content moderation, or a related field
• Strong comfort level in communicating sensitive information through various channels
• Ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods
• High degree of ownership of individual outcomes and contributions
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
