A company is looking for an Operations Specialist who will manage teacher placements in schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Place teachers in classrooms to ensure 100% coverage for daily assignments
• Manage a dynamic to-do list, prioritizing tasks based on school needs and maintaining attention to detail
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and Guest Teachers, ensuring satisfaction and support

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience teaching or working closely with students is preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude
