Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Specialist to support client projects throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely routing of creative across all accounts and maintain job schedules
- Facilitate communication between Creative, Client Services, and Project Management teams
- Support agency-wide efforts to deliver projects on-quality, on-time, and on-budget
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Project or Operations Management experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience in developing work breakdown structures and managing project timelines
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, PageProof, and Workamajig is a plus
- Experience in marketing agency environments is advantageous
