Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to provide administrative support to the Processing Department related to loan file setup.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review loan files for compliance and ensure all required documents are provided
  • Organize borrower documents in Encompass and assist Home Loan Specialists with documentation needs
  • Monitor and update lender exclusionary lists and initiate third-party orders
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent education/experience
  • 1-2+ years of related experience or general administrative office experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal regulations
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • Direct experience in the mortgage industry preferred, but not required
