Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to provide administrative support to the Processing Department related to loan file setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Review loan files for compliance and ensure all required documents are provided
- Organize borrower documents in Encompass and assist Home Loan Specialists with documentation needs
- Monitor and update lender exclusionary lists and initiate third-party orders
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent education/experience
- 1-2+ years of related experience or general administrative office experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications
- Direct experience in the mortgage industry preferred, but not required
