Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Managed Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests following ITIL-based processes
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and develop functional specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules
• Strong understanding of financial business processes
• Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly patch analysis and testing
• Familiarity with Oracle Support tools and ability to troubleshoot integration issues
