Oracle Functional Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Functional Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business needs, documenting requirements and facilitating solution design for Oracle EBS HCM and Cloud applications
• Provide Level 3 support, proactively monitoring systems, resolving issues, and coordinating user acceptance testing
• Conduct ongoing user training and contribute to the establishment of new methodologies and best practices in business analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field; equivalent experience may substitute for degree
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS/Cloud and IT, including business analyst and partnership roles
• Functional knowledge of Oracle HCM applications, including Core HR, Payroll, and Reporting
• Experience in a Scrum/Agile development environment
• Understanding of business analyst principles and quality improvement processes
