Oracle HCM Principal Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Consultant in Client Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with mid to large size clients, addressing their needs and concerns
• Align client practices with HCM Cloud methods and configure Oracle Cloud to meet client requirements
• Lead client initiatives, provide expert guidance, and oversee client accounts including contract renewals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 5 - 10 years of Client Services experience, with module-specific expertise in at least 3 of Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, and Performance
• Experience with 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Oracle certification in modules of expertise is required
• Redwood implementation and upgrade experience is highly preferred
