Oracle HR Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle HR Interface Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering calls and create technical specification documents
• Develop interface/integration code to create time files from Oracle to ADP, including file encryption and SFTP/SSH implementation
• Assist in testing scenarios, validate/update current code, and support Oracle files during go-live cutover to ADP

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of integration development experience within Oracle, including Linux shell scripting and SFTP/SSH knowledge
• 4+ years of technical development experience using HR/Payroll systems, specifically Oracle Time and Labor
• 4+ years of project implementation and live system support experience
• Oracle Applications certification is a plus
• Experience working with ADP GlobalView, Streamline, or Celergo is preferred
