Job Summary
A company is looking for an Order Management Specialist II to ensure efficient processing of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Review contracts and order paperwork for completeness and accuracy
- Accurately enter deal information into Salesforce.com and D365 for order processing
- Communicate proactively with management regarding order management processes and support internal audits
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience with Order Entry, Sales Operations, or Deals Desk is preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (D365, SAP, or Oracle) and Salesforce.com preferred
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with extended hours during end of quarter
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Solid MS Office and computer skills
