Job Summary
A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management Lead to establish and lead its enterprise-wide change management function.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable change management framework across the organization
- Develop and lead governance processes for managing change, including tools and documentation
- Collaborate with the Product team on the end-to-end release process for new features
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in change management, enablement, training, or a similar function
- Proven track record of monitoring and achieving KPIs
- Experience supporting enterprise software adoption and communicating technical concepts
- Ability to create effective, user-centered collateral and documentation
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and project management platforms is a plus
