Job Summary
A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management Lead to support change management strategies for business process implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an integrated Organizational Change Management strategy for business process adoption
- Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to identify risks and opportunities
- Design and implement communication plans and training strategies for stakeholder engagement and readiness
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience leading organizational change initiatives for large-scale projects
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience with change management frameworks and best practices
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience with Medicaid eligibility processes
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or four (4) years of related experience
- Fluency in Puerto Rican Spanish and English, including reading, writing, and communication skills in both languages
