Organizational Change Management Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management Lead to support change management strategies for business process implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated Organizational Change Management strategy for business process adoption
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to identify risks and opportunities
• Design and implement communication plans and training strategies for stakeholder engagement and readiness

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of six (6) years of experience leading organizational change initiatives for large-scale projects
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience with change management frameworks and best practices
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience with Medicaid eligibility processes
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree or four (4) years of related experience
• Fluency in Puerto Rican Spanish and English, including reading, writing, and communication skills in both languages
