Job Summary
A company is looking for an Organization Design Consultant to assist Fortune 500 companies in optimizing their organizational structures and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments of current organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to optimize organizational design, including changes to roles and responsibilities
- Design and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new organizational structures and processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in organizational design, change management, and/or consulting
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of best practices in organization design, change management, and HR policies and procedures
- Certification in change management or organization design is a plus
