Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outreach Coordinator to join their team remotely in New York or New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outreach calls to eligible Medicare Advantage members and schedule Annual Wellness Visits with Nurse Practitioners
- Provide support to patient inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues while meeting call metrics
- Research complex issues and collaborate with support resources to resolve customer concerns
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or 10+ years of equivalent working experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience or experience in an office/call center setting
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work full time with flexibility in scheduling
