A company is looking for a Call Center Collector.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers through inbound calls and an outbound dialer system
- Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on repayment schedules
- Perform collection activities in compliance with state and local laws
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in collections and/or customer service
- Some knowledge of loan collection policies and fair debt collection practices
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and organize information
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
