Job Summary
A company is looking for a Paid Search Supervisor to lead paid search efforts for nonprofit clients and mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage paid search, grant, and PMAX campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms, including strategy development, campaign management, and reporting
- Serve as a leader and mentor to junior staff while ensuring accurate campaign spend tracking and adherence to processes
- Lead reporting for owned channels/platforms, focusing on actionable insights and quality assurance for campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in managing paid search and PMAX campaigns in an agency setting
- Current Google Ads certifications
- Strong leadership skills with an interest in serving nonprofit organizations
- Experience managing quarterly client media budgets of $100,000+
- Proficiency in manipulating and analyzing data in Excel/Google Sheets
