Job Summary
A company is looking for an AVP Insurance Services - Marketing I.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Services Specialists (BSS) and Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to ensure complete submission packets for new accounts
- Assist in the analysis and evaluation of new risks, providing renewal quotes and processing endorsements as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and track all marketing submissions in the agency management system (AMS/WorkSmart)
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent experience with a minimum of 1 year of related experience in the insurance industry; an Associate degree is a plus
- P&C License required within the first 6 months of employment
- Basic knowledge of P&C coverages and insurance products
- Proficient in completing Acord forms and navigating agency management systems
- Strong data entry skills with accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
