A company is looking for a Participant Engagement Associate to support communication efforts for client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Communication Consultants for assigned client books
- Draft, edit, and proof participant-facing materials and manage communication templates
- Coordinate compliance submissions and assist with participant email distribution and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or project coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with financial services or retirement plans is a plus
