Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Sales Manager to develop and expand relationships with strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners to source new business and accelerate expansion opportunities
  • Align partners with the sales team, ensuring collaboration on co-selling and deal execution
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners, including joint sales plays and enablement
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in a quota-carrying partner-sourced sales or business development role
  • Proven experience managing relationships with system integrators, consulting firms, or technology partners
  • Strong understanding of partner business models and co-sell strategies
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects and develop creative solutions
  • Experience working with partners across North America and EMEA
