Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Coordinator (Remote TX).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer a high volume of calls daily using a multi-line phone
  • Schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to client-specific protocols
  • Gather and input patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system
Required Qualifications:
  • Customer/patient service skills
  • Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
  • Strong Internet speed and access to router via Ethernet cord (minimum speed: 20mbps download & 6mbps upload)
  • Healthcare exposure preferred
  • Experience using an EMR and scheduling software preferred
