Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Access Coordinator (Remote TX).
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of calls daily using a multi-line phone
- Schedule appointments for multiple clinical sites according to client-specific protocols
- Gather and input patient demographic and insurance information into the practice management system
Required Qualifications:
- Customer/patient service skills
- Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Strong Internet speed and access to router via Ethernet cord (minimum speed: 20mbps download & 6mbps upload)
- Healthcare exposure preferred
- Experience using an EMR and scheduling software preferred
