Key Responsibilities
- Support branches by reviewing patient accounts and obtaining necessary documentation for billing
- Manage relationships with field leadership, referrals, and patients to drive account resolution
- Evaluate documentation for compliance and perform follow-ups for timely reimbursement
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry
- Intermediate skills in Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, and Word
- Ability to understand and interpret spreadsheet data
- Must reside and work within the United States
