Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach calls to schedule healthcare appointments and assist patients with pre and post-visit support
  • Document interactions effectively in a CRM or EMR and maintain proper unit documentation
  • Coordinate with the field team and clinical team to provide care and ensure professional communication with patients
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in a call center or phone-based sales/support team
  • Basic knowledge of standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
