Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach calls to schedule healthcare appointments and assist patients with pre and post-visit support
- Document interactions effectively in a CRM or EMR and maintain proper unit documentation
- Coordinate with the field team and clinical team to provide care and ensure professional communication with patients
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a call center or phone-based sales/support team
- Basic knowledge of standard applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Fluency in the English language
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
