A company is looking for a Patient Contact Center Representative - 100% Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming and make outbound calls regarding billing inquiries and patient collections
- Perform collection activities and offer payment arrangements as needed
- Document all actions taken on accounts and escalate issues to leadership when necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year of collection, customer service, or business office experience
- Solid knowledge of Revenue Cycle functions
- Proficiency in using personal computers and relevant software
- Ability to work independently within established guidelines
