A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide support for government-based contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and greet customers professionally
- Assist with tech troubleshooting and appointment scheduling
- Document calls and conduct follow-up communications with customers
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus
- Must have reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace
- Compatible computer required (no Macs or Chromebooks) along with necessary tech gear
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Availability to work between 9am - 9pm EST, Monday-Friday
