Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound support for patient acquisition and retention through various communication channels
- Ensure accurate eligibility determination for care coordination and service line navigation, and document referrals appropriately
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints with professionalism, adhering to established protocols and quality measures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Telephone/call center experience required
- 1-3 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience required
- Working knowledge of Windows-based computer environment required
- Preferred: Two years of college education
