Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outreach to educate patients and caregivers on health services and assist in scheduling appointments
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet outreach and enrollment goals while documenting interactions accurately
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure smooth transitions from outreach to ongoing support and provide feedback on strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service/sales, preferably with cold outreach experience
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare outreach, community engagement, or related fields
- Experience in healthcare, social services, or mental health services, with an understanding of seniors' needs
- Basic proficiency in G-Suite and video conferencing platforms
- Strong tech proficiency and comfort using technology in daily work
