Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, including scheduling appointments and resolving patient inquiries
- Utilize a computerized scheduling system to manage patient appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Participate in training sessions and assist in the orientation of new personnel while adhering to hospital standards and protocols
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required
- Ability to explain complicated healthcare issues to patients with empathy
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using multiple communication tools such as phone, email, and online chats
- Effective interpersonal skills to work within a diverse team environment
