Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist (Coordination of Benefits).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze claims and member data to identify recoverable claims
  • Utilize proprietary audit tools for comprehensive member investigations
  • Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or at least one year of related healthcare experience
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role is recommended
  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Coordination of Benefits, preferred
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
