Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze claims and member data to identify recoverable claims
- Utilize proprietary audit tools for comprehensive member investigations
- Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma
- Bachelor's degree preferred and/or at least one year of related healthcare experience
- At least one year of experience in a similar role is recommended
- Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Coordination of Benefits, preferred
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
