Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payment Specialist to oversee payment-related operations and support customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate prospective customers on processing rates and assist new customers during the implementation process
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and manage inquiries related to payment processing
- Manage prospect database and account plans while collaborating with the executive team to minimize customer attrition
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience in payment processing, merchant services, and financial services
- Familiarity with Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
