A company is looking for a Payments System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for resolving issues related to merchant onboarding and data discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve technical and process-related issues within merchant management systems
- Administer system configurations and manage bulk data operations for merchant data
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing operational workflows and business systems
- Strong understanding of system administration principles, including configuration and user management
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data validation and reporting
- Previous experience with ISO or merchant acquiring platforms is preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
