ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• Customize and maintain HRSD modules, including HR Service Configuration and assignment rules
• Develop custom applications, workflows, and UI policies within the ServiceNow platform

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ITIL 4 Foundations certification
