Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of complex payroll projects, ensuring compliance with Mexican legislation
- Support end-to-end payroll processing and manage associated tasks and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and clients to address payroll-related inquiries and support client engagement activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll management, specifically with SAP and Mexican payroll legislation
- Strong knowledge of payroll inputs and outputs, including third-party interfaces and tax compliance
- Experience in supporting technical and functional payroll issues
- Ability to handle sensitive information and mitigate risks related to payroll processes
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
