Payroll Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Client Payroll Operations Analyst on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in payroll functions including timecard maintenance and compliance
• Ensure accurate payroll processing using audit controls and best practices
• Review payroll inputs and assist with special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a payroll role focused on customer service
• Knowledge of file feeds, third-party integrations, and payroll systems
• Experience with large-scale ERP payroll processing systems
• PayrollOrg Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
