Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee client accounting relationships and ensure compliance with financial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting
• Oversee client engagements, including revenue cycle management and monthly financial close
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting recruitment and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager; 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm
• Experience with complex revenue recognition and payroll processes
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Proven ability to implement process improvements and technology in accounting practices
