Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting - Client Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships, especially with CEOs of tech startups
• Oversee all accounting functions, including monthly close processes and financial statement preparation, while mentoring staff accountants
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and support ad hoc projects, including audits and due diligence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
• 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multi-client environment
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct, and tech-forward accounting systems
• Experience managing small teams
• Deep expertise in accounting practices, general ledger functions, and financial reporting
