Key Responsibilities
- Identify and raise potential incidents, risks, and anticipated points of resistance
- Own payroll incidents end to end, ensuring resolution and developing plans to mitigate concerns
- Investigate complex cases with complete ownership and creativity
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience within a Payroll environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Experience working remotely is a plus
