Job Summary
A company is looking for a Collections Manager to lead and support the Collections team in managing accounts receivable performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive improvements in accounts receivable performance through effective collection strategies and timely client payments
- Oversee escalated disputes and customer inquiries, ensuring issues are resolved for payment facilitation
- Lead and support the Collections Specialists, providing guidance and coaching while managing training and performance assessments
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of collections experience with frequent client interaction
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team in a high-volume collections environment
- Experience with data analysis, dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and collections metrics/KPIs
- Proficiency in automation platforms and AI-based tools for process optimization
- Experience with Intacct contracts, invoices, and accounts receivable is an advantage
