A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for over 250 employees and contractors
- Ensure accurate payroll information is approved by deadlines and assist HR with new hire paperwork
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and support accounting with payroll transaction reconciliation
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of payroll experience required; experience with Quickbooks preferred
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Experience in handling wage garnishments and payroll compliance
- Familiarity with HR/payroll software for processing timecards
