Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Tax and Garnishments Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate calculation, withholding, and remittance of federal, state, and local taxes
- Administer wage garnishments, tax levies, and child support orders in compliance with legal requirements
- Conduct audits and reconciliations to ensure payroll accuracy
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in US payroll processing, including payroll tax and garnishments
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience in the auto industry
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with payroll systems (ADP and SAP preferred)
- Familiarity with wage attachment rules, including child support and tax levies
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
