Job Summary
A company is looking for a licensed insurance sales agent - remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate insurance advice while resolving issues
- Process policy changes and billing adjustments in accordance with established guidelines
- Educate customers on coverage options and recommend additional insurance products as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty license or Personal Lines Producer License
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Ability to interpret and verify insurance coverages and data
- Experience with processing policy transactions and customer billing
- Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and procedures across multiple states
