Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of paid social specialists, fostering a collaborative environment
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization on Meta and TikTok platforms
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in paid social advertising
- 3+ years of experience in an agency setting
- Experience managing a budget of $300K+/month in performance spend
- Managed individual accounts with a minimum monthly spend of $100,000 and a ROAS of 6:1 over three consecutive quarters
- 1+ years of experience managing 2+ performance marketers (preferred)
