Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior eCommerce Manager to lead their Amazon business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Amazon business strategy, aligning with organizational goals
• Oversee P&L management to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets
• Manage and mentor the eCommerce Account Manager while fostering a high-performance team culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in Amazon or e-Commerce, specifically in Health & Personal Care or Beauty
• Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong financial acumen with P&L and trade budget management experience
• Proficiency in digital commerce tools and syndicated data platforms
