Performance Testing Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Performance Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop automated Test Cases and Test Scenarios based on production usage statistics
• Ensure deliverables meet project timelines and report project status accurately
• Conduct test execution per Test Plan and review test output for SLA compliance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering
• Experience with Performance Testing tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, or NeoLoad
• Experience with Performance Monitoring Tools like Grafana or DynaTrace
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and cloud performance metrics
• Ability to create and maintain Test Data and project artifacts
