Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pharma Support Services Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate referral management processes and communicate updates with assigned program representatives
- Engage with patients, providers, and assistance programs to ensure contract obligations and patient satisfaction
- Collect and report data according to program requirements and assist in developing related SOPs and workflows
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in health insurance, specialty pharmacy, or patient registration
- Knowledge of insurance processes, such as Benefit Verifications and Prior Authorization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
