Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a call center of 20+ associates focused on medication adherence for patients
- Develop and improve standard operating procedures and provide training to team members
- Analyze call center metrics and prepare reports on team performance and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 3+ years of call center experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience in the healthcare industry
- 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Access to a secure workspace and high-speed internet connection
