A company is looking for a Pharmacy Tech Support / Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide initial support for customer requests via various communication methods
- Quickly assess user issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
- Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician experience required
- HIPAA certified
- Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
- Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
